Additional Constraints: Interpretation & Questions

The 'additional constraints' shown on our mapping are interpreted from the following paragraphs from the draft LVMF. Further clarity on what is meant would be appreciated. We have noted observations and posed questions against each below which we hope are helpful to the GLA in their development of the document. This is our first draft analysis and further questions and observations may follow. We would welcome feedback; please feel free to add comments to each / any view.
